Refund Policy

 Refunds:

1 / Our refund policy lasts 14 days after proven shipment. If 14 days have passed since we received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2 / To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.It must also be in the original packaging.

3 / We cannot exchange or refund a product offered.

4 / For any refund request, please send us an email to contact@twiify.com

5 / Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

5 / late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received the refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.
Also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
