How to return goods :
You can make a return for exchange or refund for dissatisfaction within a period of 14 days by doing this :
- Wrap your parcel in its original packaging.
- Contact the customer service link on email@example.com by mentioningFeedbackin the subject line, and your order number and the reason for it.
- Our returns department will send you areturn label, you must paste it in a manner readable on your parcel before you send it.
- You receive your refund to the payment method used once the package is received and verified.
- The shipment will be at your expense except in specific cases (products not complying with the order, errors in the preparation of the parcel etc) ** If you have opted for the mode of delivery in point relay "UPS access point" when placing your order, returns will be free of charge. For proper return please contact the customer service department.
Terms and Conditions relating to returns and exchanges :
- to be eligible For a return, items must be returned in their original condition. The articles must not have been neither worn, nor washed and must be in a condition to resell.
- Returned or exchanged products must be accompanied by the labels, as well as any accessories and user guide. No refund or exchange will be given if returned items are incomplete, damaged or soiled.
- Please return the item(s) by following the return procedure as explained in the previous section.
- Please indicate on the return form the item(s) to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange, as well as the color and the size of the new item requested. Then, please include the return form duly completed to the inside of the package containing the returned article.
- The availability of the replacement item requested cannot be guaranteed.
- Your replacement order will be sent to you via UPS or Colissimo.
- Once the exchange procedure is complete, you will receive a notification by email.
